Yes. When you are sent the client information form, please specify if you have any pets and if there are any specific instructions regarding your pets while our cleaners are at the property. (If pets can go outside or not, etc.) Please don't feel the need to crate your pets unless necessary, as they are often our favourite part of the work day!
Yes, but our online booking system does not currently allow clients to book multiple cleaners during the same time slot. However, we can arrange this manually from our end. Please contact us if you have a larger project that may require more than one cleaner. We highly recommend more than one cleaner if you are a new client, or if you require a deep clean, a move-in/out clean, a seasonal clean, or if your property is more than 2,000 square feet.
Out of respect for our clients' privacy, we will not enter any rooms with a closed door (unless otherwise specified by the client). Please ensure doors are left open to all of the rooms you would like cleaned, or specify which rooms you would still like to have cleaned even if the door is closed in the appointment notes upon booking online.
Garbage and recycling services are provided on-site, and are limited to our Premium Cleaning Service short-term rental turnover clients upon request. This includes:
Garbage removal in all rooms
Garbage bag liners replaced in all rooms
Garbage cans cleaned (interior and exterior, as needed)
Recycling removal in all rooms
Recycling bag liners replaced (if applicable)
Recycling bins cleaned (interior and exterior, as needed)
Taking garbage to outdoor garbage storage solutions
Taking recycling to outdoor recycling storage solutions
Please note: We do not remove garbage or recycling from properties due to workplace safety hazards. Our cleaners have the right to refuse unsafe work. If you require our assistance in helping you organize garbage and recycling removal off-site for your property, please contact us directly.
