What's the difference between your Premium Cleaning Service and Standard Cleaning Service?

Our Standard Cleaning Service are maintenance cleans that are reserved for our regular residential customers who have recurring appointments scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Our Premium Cleaning Service is for everything else that falls outside of this category and includes, but is not limited to:
 • New Clients
 • Deep Cleans
 • Move In/Out Cleans
 • AirBnb Turnovers
 • Seasonal Cottages
 • Rental Turnovers
 • Commercial Properties

What does your Premium Cleaning Service include?

Accepted Answer

Our Premium Cleaning Services include, but are not limited to:

• High dusting
 • Low dusting
 • General dusting
 • Surface cleaning
 • Upholstery vacuuming
 • Small appliance (interior and exterior cleaning)
 • Large appliance exterior cleaning
 • Wall, window, and door frame cleaning
 • Window sill, ledges, locks and cranks cleaning
 • Cabinet, handle, drawer cleaning (exterior)
 • Décor dusting and cleaning
 • Light switch and outlet cleaning
 • Top-to-bottom bathroom cleaning
 • Top-to-bottom kitchen cleaning
 • Linen turnover services (short-term rentals only)
 • Sweeping/vacuuming flooring and carpets
 • Mopping floors
 • Recycling and garbage removal, liner changing (short-term rentals only)
 • Paper product and household supplies restocks (short-term rentals only)

Do you provide carpet cleaning services?

Accepted Answer

We are able to do general carpet cleaning using vacuums, but we do not offer carpet deep cleaning services or shampooing.

Question 4

Do you clean windows?

Accepted Answer

We will clean interior windows upon request. Please mention this to us prior to your appointment, or add it to your appointment notes as a priority for our cleaners. We do not currently offer exterior window cleaning services.

Question 5

Can I request specific tasks to be completed during my cleaning appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upon booking the cleaning appointment online or by contacting us directly, you can add any appointment notes for tasks that you would like our cleaner(s) to prioritize or information they may need to be aware of.

Question 6

Will you clean if I have pets at home during the appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you are sent the client information form, please specify if you have any pets and if there are any specific instructions regarding your pets while our cleaners are at the property. (If pets can go outside or not, etc.) Please don't feel the need to crate your pets unless necessary, as they are often our favourite part of the work day!

Question 7

Can I request multiple cleaners at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but our online booking system does not currently allow clients to book multiple cleaners during the same time slot. However, we can arrange this manually from our end. Please contact us if you have a larger project that may require more than one cleaner. We highly recommend more than one cleaner if you are a new client, or if you require a deep clean, a move-in/out clean, a seasonal clean, or if your property is more than 2,000 square feet.

Question 8

Do you clean all rooms of a house?

Accepted Answer

Out of respect for our clients' privacy, we will not enter any rooms with a closed door (unless otherwise specified by the client). Please ensure doors are left open to all of the rooms you would like cleaned, or specify which rooms you would still like to have cleaned even if the door is closed in the appointment notes upon booking online.

Do you offer garbage/recycling removal services?

Accepted Answer

Garbage and recycling services are provided on-site, and are limited to our Premium Cleaning Service short-term rental turnover clients upon request. This includes:
 • Garbage removal in all rooms
 • Garbage bag liners replaced in all rooms
 • Garbage cans cleaned (interior and exterior, as needed)
 • Recycling removal in all rooms
 • Recycling bag liners replaced (if applicable)
 • Recycling bins cleaned (interior and exterior, as needed)
 • Taking garbage to outdoor garbage storage solutions
 • Taking recycling to outdoor recycling storage solutions

Please note: We do not remove garbage or recycling from properties due to workplace safety hazards. Our cleaners have the right to refuse unsafe work. If you require our assistance in helping you organize garbage and recycling removal off-site for your property, please contact us directly.
